The Operations Supervisor will have operational and leadership responsibility for the facility while delivering results against the financial plan. The Operations Supervisor will provide leadership while focusing on customer requirements, operational performance, and motivating the workforce. This role will be working Monday-Friday, 8 am - 4 pm. The base pay range for this role is estimated to be$67,125- $98,450 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:

What You Will Do in This Role:

  • Supervise daily operations across receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping to ensure on-time and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Meet or exceed operational KPIs (e.g., parts receiving, on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, order accuracy).
  • Ensure compliance with all safety guidelines, document safety infractions, near misses, and complete daily checklists.
  • Monitor and manage employee performance through task assignments, training, coaching, and corrective actions.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment by sustaining 5S standards and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Quality, Inventory, and Customer Support, to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
  • Leverage data and system reports to supervise performance, identify trends, and drive process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate operational records and ensure compliance with established procedures and standards.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging team feedback, identifying inefficiencies, and leading small-scale improvement initiatives.
  • Build and maintain a positive, productive team environment centered on accountability, ownership, and exceptional customer service.

What We are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5-8 years of sophisticated experience in warehouse operations Leadership. Hands-on WMS and inventory control experience required.
  • Prior experience in Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodology.
  • A proponent of change management - encourages change and creative problem solving.
  • Ensure customer requirements are understood and met for all order types.
  • Continually evaluate staffing plans, equipment, and facility resources to support continued growth.
  • Manage and ensure timely associate performance reviews, development, succession planning, onboarding, and development of their direct reports.
  • Must be responsible and able to work independently.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced and high-intensity environment.
  • Make timely adjustments to team assignments to balance the flow of various order types through pick, pack, and ship processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work accurately at a detailed level.
  • SAP / SAP EWM proficiency is a plus.
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office tools for analyzing data.
