Description
Key Responsibilities * Assist with supply chain data analysis and reporting to support decision-making * Help track shipments, monitor inventory levels, and update records in ERP systems * Assist the Inventory Control Supervisor in receiving, stocking, picking, packaging, and shipping * Ensures completeness and accuracy of all orders pulled and reports/fills shortages in a timely manner * Assists with the scheduling, distribution, processing, and completing of Shop Floor Work Orders * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Procurement, Logistics, and Operations * Support vendor communication and follow-up to ensure timely deliveries * Identify inefficiencies and propose process improvement ideas * Participate in supply chain meetings and contribute to ongoing projects Qualifications * Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus * Excellent organizational and communication skills * Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines * Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment What You'll Gain * Hands-on experience with modern supply chain systems and tools * Exposure to end-to-end supply chain operations in a real-world setting * Mentorship from experienced professionals in the field * Networking opportunities and potential for full-time employment upon graduation Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities
