With general supervision, primarily responsible for developing a proactive and strategic approach to attract high caliber talent. Partners with and advises the hiring manager to deliver a world class experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Essential Functions
Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business, sales, human resources or related discipline. Minimum Experience Four (4) years of HR or business related experience. A related Master's Degree can be exchanged for two (2) years of experience. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Proficiency in strategically sourcing, pre-screening, and interviewing qualified candidates for technical, professional, and internship positions. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of current FEC hiring practices preferred. Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement. Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $6,168.90/month - $10,898.39/month Additional Details: This position may be located anywhere within the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii and US territories and based on business need, we may consider Canada. Depending on location, you may be required to work at a FedEx Campus several times a week.
