- Runs high volume service periods from the floor or expo to ensure food quality, service, touching tables and presentation is up to TFK standards.
- Performs precise line checks and facility walks and participates with all EcoSure & Health inspections with BOH to ensure a safe production environment.
- Manages all FOH employees in accordance with TFK policies and applicable laws to include interviewing, hiring, on-boarding, training and development of employees; planning assigning and directing work; performance appraisals, rewarding and disciplining employees.
- Manage FOH employee schedules and reports payroll hours in compliance to company standards and state laws.
- Manage beverage program to include inventory management, ordering, cost and training while adhering to TFK guidelines, purchasing agreements and controlling cost of goods.
- Facilitates formal and informal channels of development for management and key hourly team members.
- This role follows the industry standard of a 50-hour work week over a 5-day period. Flexibility may be required based on restaurant needs.

- For more than 3 years, as a manager, you've been a key ingredient in the success of a full service, high-volume restaurant.
- You have advanced knowledge and understanding of financial aspects of business operations.
- You are caring, self-motivated and exhibit an aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence.
