Description
Acara Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support Customer Service, Purchasing, Logistics, and Accounting. This role helps ensure smooth daily operations, accurate records, and effective cross-department communication. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service

  • Enter and track orders, respond to inquiries, and assist with returns or replacements.

Purchasing

  • Process purchase orders, maintain vendor info, and follow up on deliveries.

Logistics

  • Schedule shipments, prepare shipping documents, and coordinate with carriers.

Accounting

  • Submit invoices, assist with reconciliations, and support month-end activities.
Type: Contract to direct hire
Pay: 25.00/HR
Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED is required
