Job Tittle: Major Incident Manager

LOCAION: Fort Mill, SC

* Incident Identification & Prioritization - Quickly assess and classify incidents to determine their severity and impact

* Coordination & Leadership - Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring efficient communication between stakeholders

* Incident Resolution - Drive troubleshooting efforts, working closely with technical teams to identify root causes and implement fixes

* Stakeholder Communication - Provide timely updates to leadership, customers, and other impacted parties, ensuring transparency

* Process Improvement - Continuously refine incident management processes to enhance response times and effectiveness

* Escalation Management - Ensure that incidents are escalated appropriately to senior management or specialized teams when needed

* Reporting & Documentation - Maintain accurate records of incidents, resolutions, and follow-up actions for auditing and improvement purposes
