Nuclear Sales Manager - Pacific Northwest

Location: Sacramento, San Francisco, Portland and Seattle

Reports To: Regional Director, Sales

Position Summary:

Jubilant Radiopharma is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Nuclear Sales Manager to lead sales efforts across a dual-market territory. This role is responsible for managing and expanding business in established metropolitan areas with existing pharmacy operations, while also driving strategic growth in new markets where pharmacies are scheduled to launch within the next six months. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic foresight, customer-centric sales execution, and a passion for advancing nuclear medicine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Territory Management: Manage and grow sales within established metro markets by strengthening customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and maximizing the performance of existing pharmacy operations.
  • Market Expansion: Lead go-to-market strategies in emerging territories, building early customer engagement and supporting the successful launch of new pharmacy locations.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement territory-specific sales plans aligned with regional and national business goals. Regularly update plans based on market dynamics and performance metrics.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including nuclear medicine professionals, hospital administrators, and procurement teams.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead the development, negotiation, and closure of new and renewal contracts, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with operations, marketing, and pharmacy leadership to ensure seamless integration of new sites and consistent customer experience across the territory.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitive activity, customer trends, and market developments to inform strategic planning and identify new growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Nuclear Medicine, Pharmacy or Life Sciences related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical sales, preferably within the radiopharmaceutical or nuclear medicine industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and successfully launching new markets or products.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory; 70% (3-4 days in field).
