Are you our next Service Team Leader?

Our team is looking for a Team Leader to supervise Atlas Copco Tools and Assembly System's on-site repair and validation team. This position will also be responsible for Torque Audit compliance and tooling selection and coordination.

As a Team Leader, you will help resolve tooling, production, and/or personnel issues. You will also be responsible for training, acquiring and maintaining required repair equipment, setting and monitoring inventory, and interfacing directly with the customer.

This position will be based on the customers' BMW, Greer, South Carolina facility, but will require 5% travel nationally. This is a B-shift that works 4 10-hour days, 7:30pm-6:10am (Saturday - Sunday) and reports directly to the Site Manager. Schedule is subject to change based on company need.

To Succeed, You Will Need:
  • Experience servicing fastening tools, torque theory and fastening knowledge
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working on pneumatic and DC power tooling in a production environment
  • At least 2 years of supervisory/leadership experience
  • Experience performing quality control verification of completed repairs
  • Superior customer service experience
  • Efficient in computer systems, such as MS Office, and networking/database experience
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds
  • A High School diploma or GED
