Responsibilities Position description: In the role of Assistant Facilities Manager, you will be a key player in maintaining and improving the operational efficiency of our facilities across a designated region. Your responsibilities will encompass a broad range of tasks, from overseeing day-to-day operations to contributing to long-term strategic planning. You'll manage various aspects of facility maintenance, including coordinating work orders and ensuring the timely resolution of issues. Your keen eye for detail will be crucial in maintaining quality standards and adherence to company policies. As a leader, you'll support and guide team members, fostering a collaborative work environment. Your role will also involve interfacing with various stakeholders, from vendors to client leadership, requiring strong communication skills. Process improvement will be an ongoing focus, as you'll be expected to identify opportunities for enhancing efficiency and implementing best practices. Additionally, you'll contribute to the development and execution of maintenance strategies and procedures. This position demands a versatile professional with exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate potentially challenging clients & situations. Your capacity to think on your feet, find innovative solutions, and maintain professionalism in all circumstances will be essential. The ideal candidate will combine facilities expertise with strong interpersonal skills, enabling them to effectively address the logistical and human aspects of facilities management.
