Loan Officer Assistant, Retail

What you'll do:

• Assist Loan Officer in gathering documents. Assist Loan Officer with income and asset evaluation.
• Follow up with clients as needed to obtain documents, such as Letter of Explanation and clear underwriting conditions. Assist customers on how to e-sign and e-consent when needed.
• Work closely with loan processors and underwriters to get final approval.

What you'll need:

• 1+ years of related experience in Administrative Support, Mortgage or similar field.
• High school diploma required.
• Entry level to intermediate knowledge of residential mortgage industry in Correspondent or Retail Lending; including sales, operations, capital markets and/or other residential mortgage products and services.
• Entry level knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Products.
• Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.
