Description This person will work in partnership with the IT team as a whole, and 2 network admins specifically, to be the subject matter expert in all network technologies. They will design, develop, deploy, and maintain all aspects of the company's network infrastructure, including LAN, VLAN, WLAN, and WAN technologies and protocols. They will also analyze and resolve network hardware and software problems, and monitor + optimize network hardware including virtualization. They are a Cisco shop. This individual should understand network protocols, and be able to implement from scratch and create documentation. They can turn day to day tasks over to the network admins - not a people manager role, but will be heavily working on project management and owning them. Candidates should ideally have CCNP/CCNA or similar. They want to create network segmentation to buy better bandwidth and throughput for security and performance. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.87 - $45.67/hr.
