JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for providing timely and accurate administrative support of the recruiting function for the organization. Primary job responsibilities include: 1) managing personnel requisitions in Taleo, 2) posting and advertising for open positions, 3) providing guidance to supervisors and managers related to interviewing, 4) conducting phone interviews and scheduling on-site interviews, 5) proactive communication with supervisors regarding open positions, 6) completion of background check, pre-employment physical and drug testing, and MVR check, and 7) maintenance of files to communicate status of applications and fulfillment of open positions. Also responsible for processing employee status changes, assisting in wage and benefit surveys, and performing special projects to enhance the services provided by the Human Resource Department. All of the duties of the Recruiter are designed to support the organization in its efforts to achieve profitable growth through the sale and distribution of refreshing beverages, innovative customer-focused marketing programs, and superior customer service.

REQUIREMENTS




  1. Four year degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred. Equivalent years of work experience may substitute.
  2. Strong working knowledge of personal computing, including software products such as Windows, EXCEL, Word, Outlook, and applicant tracking software.
  3. Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
  4. Ability to work with limited supervision.
  5. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  6. Ability to exercise good judgment and make responsible decisions.
  7. Ability to exercise discretion and high levels of confidentiality and personal integrity.
  8. Personal Qualities: Must be a "self-starter" and team player with a work ethic that can be described as "always looking for ways to improve people, processes and systems".
  9. Ability to work a flexible schedule (including evenings and weekends) when needed.


Hours: Monday- Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Full Time
