We are seeking aQuality Inspector 1 to join our 100% EMPLOYEE-OWNED team.

First Shift: Monday-Friday 7:00 am-3:30 pm

Minimum Job Requirements


  • Physical- Capable of lifting 50 lbs. safely or with assistance. The capability of standing and bending over for long periods of time while performing manual labor with or without reasonable accommodations.
  • Working Hours- Full-time employment (40+ hours/week)
  • Personal Traits - Good communication skills with a positive attitude toward teamwork. Conscientious attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to follow directions and work independently, multitask, and troubleshoot.
  • Punctuality and safe work habits.
  • Be an example of safety and quality for other production employees.


Job Duties and Responsibilities


  • Work safely and ensure hazardous conditions are eliminated. Follow company safety procedures.
  • Ensure the highest quality standards are met with all work done.
  • Understand Quality / Safety Policy and Objectives.
  • Ensure output meets required deadlines while executing the above.
  • Act as a liaison between the Quality and Production departments. Ensure cross-departmental communication is accurate and effective.
  • Final inspection and packaging of parts before delivery to the customer.
  • Complete daily checklists on designated equipment and maintain records.
  • Accurately maintain the MES system as instructed.
  • Punctually arrive at work and be willing to work overtime when needed.
  • Assist in the monthly inventory process.
  • Maintain a neat and clean work area.
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities


  • Must be able to inspect parts with high attention to detail visually.
  • Ability to differentiate between different parts and materials.
  • Possess basic math, reading, and computer skills.


Education and Experience


  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
