Workiva is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our customer-facing Workiva Security product-an enterprise-grade offering that builds on our encryption and BYOK foundation and expands into broader platform security capabilities. This is a high-impact, strategic role responsible not only for defining a tiered security solution aligned with our platform monetization goals, but also for laying the groundwork for Identity & Access Management (IAM), audit logging, and advanced customer key management. You'll serve as the product lead for a cross-functional, cross-domain initiative, working closely with engineering, sales, customer experience, legal, and GTM teams to deliver security that's both trusted and differentiated. This is a unique opportunity to shape a security portfolio from the ground up-helping transform security into a business enabler for our most regulated and security-conscious customers. How You'll Be Rewarded Salary range in the US: $177,000.00 - $284,000.00A discretionary bonus typically paid annually Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits package The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US.
