Stabilus SE is listed in the Prime Standard segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and included in the MDAX index.www.stabilus.com Position Summary The Quality Engineer plays a critical role in supporting the Quality Department by implementing and improving robust manufacturing processes and maintaining the quality management system at the Mt. Juliet facility. This position collaborates closely with Engineering, Production, Regulatory, and Product Management teams to provide expert quality guidance aimed at evaluating, correcting, and sustaining product and process performance. The Quality Engineer utilizes a range of quality tools-including root cause analysis, cross-functional team leadership, statistical techniques, standardized procedures, and auditing-to support both internal and external customer requirements. This role also provides technical counsel to site leadership on matters related to product quality, reliability, safety, and performance throughout the product lifecycle.
