Job Summary

NetApp is a leading provider of solutions and services in the field of data storage and management.
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Solutions Engineer to join our SAP team.

As a Solutions Engineer you will:
* Identify customer needs and requirements for NetApp solutions and services
* Analyze customer requirements and translate them into technical solution concepts
* Present NetApp technologies to customers at various levels of responsibility
* Adapt to different stakeholders, question their motivations and drivers
* Support the sales team in technical customer meetings
* Take responsibility for the technical development of proposed solutions

Job Requirements

A minimum of 8 Years of related experience in a similar role in technical selling and/or technical systems including experience in the below:

* Strong knowledge and experience with hyperscaler platforms (Microsoft, Google, Amazon)
* Familiarity with the SAP portfolio and SAP architecture
* Successful completion of a technical education or relevant technical degree
* Proficiency in storage technologies
* Strong IT knowledge, including enterprise/cloud computing, virtualization, storage, backup, and high availability solutions
* Interest in current trends in IT and technologies such as public clouds, hybrid clouds, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, DevOps concepts, and container technologies
* Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
* Willingness to travel

Education

* Bachelor's degree in business or related area, or additional equivalent experience as stated above.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $205,000 - $250,000 total on target earnings and will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU's), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies. Benefits may vary by country and region, and further details will be provided as part of the recruitment process.
