The Business & Technical Analysis Manager - R&D ESD establishes operational objectives, policies and procedures and delegates assignments to their team responsible for the identification, evaluation and design of technology-based business solutions as well as providing support for software-as-a-service (SaaS) and enterprise-wide applications. They drive the strategy and success of larger projects which contribute to solving complex business problems, driving system optimization and mitigating potential risk. The role is aligned with the various R&D organizations to develop solutions to support their business needs by improving efficiency and speed to market. Leadership & Supervision

This position is not eligible for sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future, including conversion to H1-B visa. This position has a hybrid work schedule with three days in the office and the option for working remotely two days. Job duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. Education Required
- Bachelor's degree or higher in the information technology (IT) field, business administration, or information systems. In lieu of a degree, at least 10 years of experience in analytics, business or IT.
Skills and Experience Required
- 7+ years of experience in analytics, business or IT
- 3+ years of experience managing direct reports
Preferred
- Experience in IT-related analytics
- Familiarity with Agile ways of working and delivery in a sprint cadence.
- Experience / knowledge of developing solutions for R&D, scientific equipment, and practices.
- Understanding of the R&D development process
- Understanding of R&D data structures
