*Description*
Our client specializes in 4 major telecommunications categories-land mobile radio, in-building wireless systems, Intelligent transportation systems, and physical security. Our client has a number of in-building projects that they will work on over the next few years, this includes the construction and maintenance of in-building wireless access points. They are currently supporting projects in the federal, state and local government, and education, transportation, and healthcare field. This scope specifically is for the Manassas VA location to help support an increase in workload including wireless installation, cable management, testing, troubleshooting, customer service, customer relations, etc. They will be supporting our client's customers that are tied into the AT&T network. This person must have low volt coax installation, racking and stacking, dressing and labeling experience (testing/troubleshooting is a plus). They should also have fiber experience. DAS experience is nice but not a must for this role. This will be a 40 hour work week which consists of four 10 hour days Mon-Thur, if additional work is there can work Fridays. The team's main office is located in Manassas, VA. This resource should be centrally located to Manassas to meet at the office location in the morning and head out to the job site with the team. *Top Skills Details* * 1+ years of cable installation experience including ISP cabling, coax, fiber, cat 5, cat 6, rack/stack, terminations, etc. (testing/troubleshooting is a huge plus but not needed). * Solid knowledge of hand tools and mechanical aptitude (telecommunications preferred). * Reliability, strong work ethic, and good communication is a must have. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
