Job Title: PC Tech Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Desktop Support Candidate to join our team and provide support for IT Warehouse and Deployment activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in an IT/Technology-related role, such as Service Desk, Desktop Support, Mobility, or Hardware Fulfillment. Key Responsibilities: * Ticket Management: Handle tickets assigned through the ServiceNow ticket system, ensuring timely and efficient resolution. * Warehouse Operations: Fill warehouse requests, check in inventory, and ship hardware based on submitted requests. Maintain accurate hardware inventory and update SAP for received and deployed IT hardware. * Equipment Recovery: Retrieve computers, mobility devices, and peripheral equipment from onsite locations. Follow up with managers of offboarded employees to gather necessary information. Send out boxes and return FedEx labels for remote users, and process incoming return equipment while adhering to data retention practices. * Peripheral Deployments: Set up monitors and other computer peripherals as needed. * Computer Imaging: Responsible for imaging computers to ensure they are ready for deployment. * Compliance: Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Required Skills: * Warehouse Experience: Previous experience in warehouse operations is essential. * Technical Education/Hands-on PC Support Experience: Technical education and hands-on experience with PC support is preferred. * Windows Proficiency: Familiarity with Windows operating systems is required. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
