About the Role: As an Agent Relations Specialist, you will be the go-to person for our Agents and Partner Offices. You will work closely with our on-site technical and customer support staff to ensure outstanding client service and resolve open issues and inquiries. Our Agents and Partners rely on you to obtain information for their portfolios, merchant accounts, tickets, products, and solutions. Your role is crucial in bridging knowledge gaps, resolving issues, offering training and support, and proactively recommending ways to streamline operational efficiencies. What We're Looking For: * Top Skills: Merchant service, sales support, account management. * Additional Skills: * Bilingual (Spanish) preferred, but strong candidates without bilingual skills will be considered. * Customer Service and Payments-related experience (preferred). * Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, Internet, Outlook, Excel, etc. * Experience in fielding heavy call flows and ticket volumes. * Excellent spelling, punctuation, and grammar skills. * Ability to take initiative and utilize innovative techniques. * Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks. * Positive attitude, professional work ethic, and excellent verbal communication skills. * Team-player mentality. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
