At TEKsystems, we are working with a local company to seek a skilled Business Analyst to join our team and ensure the successful gathering, documentation, and management of project requirements. *Responsibilities:* * Lead the collection of business, functional, technical, and user requirements by engaging with stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, and technical teams. * Create clear, concise, and actionable requirements documentation (e.g., business requirements documents, functional specifications, use cases, user stories) that can be easily understood by technical teams and business stakeholders. * Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring effective communication of requirements and expectations. Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to clarify and prioritize requirements. * Analyze and validate requirements to ensure they align with business goals and objectives. Ensure completeness, feasibility, and consistency across all requirements. * Knowledge of unemployment systems, unemployment insurance and unemployment tax with ability to write user stories * Work closely with the QA team to ensure that test cases and test plans are aligned with the defined requirements, and assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT). * Identify potential risks related to requirements, scope, or changes and work with the team to mitigate them. Escalate issues as needed. * Review and refine the requirements process to improve efficiency, consistency, and alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices. *Qualifications:* * Proven experience in business analysis, requirements management, and documentation. * Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in requirements management tools. * Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field; advanced degree preferred. * Relevant certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) are a plus. * Must be located in Hawai'i *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
