Your Impact as Senior Advertising Manager:

In this high-impact role, you'll lead and own the strategy and execution of multi-channel advertising campaigns. You'll drive performance across a variety of media types-paid social, display, mobile, video, print, radio-and optimize campaigns to deliver qualified patient referrals for clinical studies.

You won't just manage ads-you'll shape the future of patient recruitment through data-driven experimentation, creative storytelling, and innovative targeting strategies.

What You'll Do:



  • Lead paid media strategy and execution across diverse platforms to meet patient recruitment goals.
  • Own top-of-funnel performance metrics-referrals, prescreens, and lead conversion.
  • Build and execute marketing plans across protocols, blending creative direction with analytical insight.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with project managers, creatives, and analytics teams to drive results.
  • Coach and mentor Advertising Coordinators, sharing expertise and elevating campaign performance.
  • Continuously test, learn, and iterate-pushing the envelope of what's possible in digital recruitment.
  • Stay ahead of the curve on ad tech, privacy changes (iOS updates, etc.), and emerging platforms.

Qualifications

What You Bring:



  • 5+ years of hands-on technical ad management experience (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Display, etc.).
  • Proven track record in high-volume, data-driven campaign management.
  • Demonstrated experience using data analytics to optimize advertising campaigns, including performance monitoring and ROI analysis.
  • Successful A/B testing experience within digital advertising campaigns, with the ability to draw actionable insights from results.
  • Experience managing large media budgets ($2M+) across multiple digital advertising platforms with an eye toward cost-efficiency and scaling.
  • Deep understanding of paid media, lead gen tactics, and customer behavior.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with the clinical trial industry or healthcare-related advertising.
  • Strategic thinker with strong executional chops-you don't just plan, you do.
  • Analytical mindset with a love for experimentation and optimization.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a supportive, low-ego, non-micromanaged environment.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $60,930 to $115,100. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
