Technical Sales Director

What You'll Do:

• Capital equipment sales (e.g., air compressors skid packages) that typically have longer sales cycles (multiple months to years) - requires significant training
• Identifies capital equipment opportunities via plant walks & discussions. Develops business proposals accordingly
• Maintain knowledge of equipment and service support of key/major customers
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions.
• Develop and implement sales strategies, forecast pipeline, and identify new opportunities.
• This is a development role, which will allow exposure to:

What You'll Need:

• Business, or Economics Degree; Preferably MBA
• Degreed in Engineering, Mathematics, Science and/or Extensive, Related Experience
• Conversant with ASME, DOT & NEMA Standards
• Strong Mechanical & Electrical Process Understanding
• Excellent Technical Skills In Mechanical, Electrical & Controls
• PLC & HMI Capabilities and Applications
• VFD Capabilities and Applications
• Highly Conversant with All Types of Electrical Wiring, Controls and Flow Schematics
