We are seeking a highly skilled Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with expertise in data analytics and process improvement to drive operational excellence across our organization. This role will be responsible for leading high-impact projects using the DMAIC methodology, applying multivariate Design of Experiments (DOE), and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize business processes. The ideal candidate will have experience leading cross-functional teams, solving complex problems with statistical analysis, and delivering measurable improvements aligned with business objectives. This role will report directly to the Quality Manager.

Required Skills / Abilities:

  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required.
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional project teams to achieve significant business results.
  • Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
  • Hands-on experience with multivariate DOE and statistical modeling.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Minitab, SQL, etc).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence and drive change.
  • Experience in predictive analytics, AI/ML applications in process improvement.
  • Familiarity with agile project management and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen projects to drive efficiency, quality, and cost reduction across operations by identifying process inefficiencies and waste.
  • Utilize multivariate DOE to identify key process drivers and optimize performance.
  • Apply DMAIC methodology to analyze data, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Develop data-driven solutions and implement process controls to ensure long-term success.
  • Design and build a predictive model utilizing past and current process and performance data to proactively indicate recommended process condition changes and the expected outcome
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, scope, and success metrics.
  • Present findings and recommendations to leadership through data visualization and reports.
  • Conduct training and mentorship for Green Belts and project teams to build organizational capability.
  • Utilize advanced analytics tools such as Minitab and SQL to analyze and interpret data.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, predictive analytics, and AI-driven improvements.
  • Ensure project alignment with business strategy and measurable impact on KPIs.

Minimum Hiring Requirements:

  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or data analytics.
