Overview

SCCI is seeking a disciplined Program Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will serve as the central coordinator for laboratory facilities-related needs across BMS portfolio. The chosen candidate will interface with diverse stakeholders to collect and execute space and facility requirements. Oversee planning, execution, and reporting of facility readiness and improvement efforts. Support a wide range of spaces including office environments, technical laboratories, build-up areas, and conference rooms. Ensure spaces meet standards for cleanliness, professionalism, and operational effectiveness, and provide exemplary customer service to the customer. This position is located in Dahlgren, VA.

Responsibilities:



  • Act as the integration point for facility needs across programs, line management, and facilities teams
  • Proactively collect and validate needs statements from stakeholders
  • Develop and manage facility modification, improvement, and utilization plans
  • Collaborate with facilities personnel and execution teams to implement facility changes
  • Conduct ongoing assessments of facility conditions and readiness
  • Maintain standards for cleanliness and professional presentation of all workspaces
  • Monitor project timelines, resource usage, and status updates
  • Provide regular reporting on facilities status, risks, and opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations regarding facility use and safety


Essential Skills and Experience:



  • Must be a U.S. Citizenand be able to obtain and maintain a active Secret Security Clearance
  • Five (5) years professional experience, which includes four (4) years ofexperience in analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of program operations in meeting identified requirementsand objectives with regards to laboratory test environments
  • Highly motivated and self-directed with a strong sense of ownership
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination and reporting
  • Physically capable of moving, delivering, and setting up facility-related items (e.g., furniture, equipment, signage)
  • Willingness to walk through and assess various types of facility spaces regularly
  • Team-oriented and professional approach to working in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment
  • Ability to work cooperatively with a diverse range of personnel, including technical staff, managers, and support teams
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of following through on tasks without constant supervision
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, multitask, and manage priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Must have ability to lift up to 35 lbs



Preferred Skills and Experience:



  • Experience working in matrixed team environments
  • Understanding or ability to learn compliance requirements for technical and laboratory environments
