Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Supply Chain Project Manager with strong background in leading teams and experience in SCM and Quality organizations. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless flow of materials and products, while maintaining and enhancing compliance with industry regulations and company standards.

Hours: 1st shift.

Position Responsibilities

  • Oversee quality notifications and ensure timely resolution of issues, including managing artwork implementation for new product launches.
  • Own and lead change control, deviations, risk assessments, and supply chain documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and manage supply chain projects to improve efficiency, reduce cost, and enhance overall performance.
  • Facilitating the taskforce to accelerate the current site processes whenever needed, troubleshoot issues to close the deviations and ultimately reduce the inventory and scrapping risks for the site.
  • Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams to prioritize and manage the release of products and operate as interface in between quality and SCM group. This includes facilitating regular meetings, ensuring clear communication of priorities, and resolving any issues that may arise to maintain production schedules and meet deliver targets.
  • Prepare and present reports to the Supply Chain Director on project status and strategic initiatives.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7-10 yeas of experience in supply change management and quality management, preferably in the biopharma industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams.
  • Extensive experience in quality and/or production, with strong understanding of regulatory requirements and quality management systems.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
