About Lenovo & Our FIFA Partnership

Lenovo is proud to be the Official Technology Partner of FIFA, supporting the FIFA World Cup 2026 and FIFA Women's World Cup 2027 with cutting-edge technology and AI-powered solutions. As we embark on this global partnership, we're seeking a Social & Digital Marketing Manager to join our Corporate Events & Partnerships Team to help bring our FIFA partnership to life across social and digital channels.

Role Overview

This role is responsible for executing Lenovo's FIFA social and digital strategy, managing content approvals, and ensuring digital marketing alignment across markets, business units, and other internal teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing global campaigns and digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage internal market and business group social media requests and route for approvals with FIFA.
  • Maintain global FIFA social media guidelines on SharePoint for internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with the Global Social Media Center of Excellence (COE) to develop, approve, and publish both pre-created and real-time FIFA-related content to @Lenovo across Meta, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. This role will not directly manage a social media account, but will coordinate with the Global Social Media COE who run @Lenovo and govern all market and business group accounts.
  • Lead social integration of FIFA into the Global Brand Campaign.
  • Organize and lead One Lenovo social media calls, ensuring alignment across teams on FIFA-related initiatives.
  • Consolidate reporting and insights for all organic and paid social media content in collaboration with the Global Social Media Center of Excellence (COE).
  • Occasional travel may be required for events, meetings, or on-site support during FIFA tournaments.

Digital Marketing & Web

  • Manage market and business group digital/web requests and coordinate approval workflows.
  • Maintain global FIFA digital and web guidelines on SharePoint for easy access and consistency.
  • Oversee the development and integration of FIFA sponsorship content on Lenovo.com.
  • Ensure Lenovo's FIFA web presence is optimized for visibility, engagement, and alignment with global brand standards.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or sponsorship marketing.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
  • Experience working with global social media and digital teams.
  • Knowledge of FIFA, global football (soccer) culture, and fan engagement trends is a plus.
  • Proficiency with platforms such as Sprinklr, Monday.com, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is a plus.
