Description Acara Solutions is looking for an IT Supervisor for one of our clients in Mesa, AZ. Preferred Qualification: Mandarin Speaking IT Supervisor plays a critical role in managing the technological infrastructure of our facility. Ensure all IT-related operations run smoothly and align with company objectives. Primary Responsibilities: Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organization Designing, developing, implementing and coordinating systems, policies, and procedures Ensuring security of data, network access and backup systems Acting in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy Identifying problematic areas and implementing strategic solutions in time Auditing systems and assessing their outcomes Preserving assets, information security and control structures Managing and coordinating all IT-related matters including systems integration, data, wireless communications, security, and other telecom matters. Overseeing the annual IT budget and ensuring cost effectiveness Perform all duties to operate all equipment, all within limitation of the standard methods and procedures and in accordance with strict adherence to safety, environmental quality and productivity requirements.
