Description Acara Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to join our client on a Temp to Hire opportunity located in Tolleson AZ Day Shift: $21/hour Temp-to-Hire opportunity Key Responsibilities: Receive, store, and pull products for shipment Support shipping and receiving functions Maintain inventory accuracy using warehouse management systems (WMS) Handle and organize materials safely Coordinate with team members to ensure timely production support Operate forklifts and other equipment (certification preferred) Perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving heavy materials Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED equivalent Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience in a manufacturing setting Preferred Skills / Qualifications: Proficient in warehouse management systems Able to lift heavy loads and work in a physically active environment Must bring steel-toe or composite safety shoes Aleron companies (Acara Solutions, Aleron Shared Resources, Broadleaf Results, Lume Strategies, TalentRise, Viaduct) are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
