We are seeking a talented Software Engineer to join our Customer Service Team and drive innovation in automated logistics systems. In this role, you will be involved in the entire software development lifecycle, from design and development to testing, debugging, documentation, training, and start-up/support activities for our automated logistics systems projects. You will focus on projects requiring configuration and code customizations to our DIQ/Reddwerks base software system, addressing bug fixes, interacting directly with customers, and providing effective solutions. As you progress, you will contribute to our knowledge base, train others, and support our broad customer base. You will be responsible for supporting specific Dematic applications such as Reddwerks and DIQ. What we offer: What We Offer:

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $18-25/hour at the time of posting.
