Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to manage multiple programs. You will be responsible for the delivery and overall success of each program. A successful Program Manager must have a broad knowledge of program management principles. You must have the ability to think strategically and be able to guide and consult team members and business partners. The goal is to ensure every program will be delivered successfully and add the highest possible value to our organization.

• Refine and increase adoption of program governance tools, templates, and meeting routines across programs to support on time delivery, within budget, and with expected scope.
• Refine and spearhead the tracking of benefit/value realization when programs complete.
• Provide technical and program management expertise in planning, execution, and leadership of both programs and projects
• Provide both program and project management mentoring and expertise in planning, execution, and leadership
• Be a leader; work with the various project managers and IT leaders to remove major impediments to accelerate inter-team velocity
• Help uncover and coordinate strategic dependencies across teams, both by helping to facilitate PI Planning, and through coordination across execution
• Promote collaboration and coordination across broad categories of stakeholders
• Be an extension of IT Business Partners in working across teams to manage resource impediments, budgets, or vendor management
• Work with IT Business Partner to help document strategic roadmap at the Epic/Feature level, with emphasis on mapping dependencies across multiple Capability Teams
• Support forums for program or project escalation to leadership and actively encourage program leaders to ask for help when needed
• May help identify process improvement opportunities across teams for large-scale delivery and orchestration

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening

• Typically requires 8+ years experience leading IT/Business projects of varying complexity and global scope
• 3+ years responsible for managing portfolio of IT/Business projects
• Master's Degree in related field
• PMI & PMP Certification
• Professional Certifications (ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, Agile Coach etc...)
• Demonstrated experience leading SAFe and/or Agile teams and driving change
• Demonstrated success in communicating with partners at all levels of the organization
• Experience balancing competing requirements and interests, keep team focused on top priorities, and find ways to achieve win-win or obtain acceptance/agreement for best compromise
