Role - Commerce Architect

Location: Orlando, FL

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Architect with 15 to 19 years of experience in CommerceTools Architecture and Commerce architecture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing scalable solutions. Experience in Fleet Management systems (Cruise) is a plus. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.

Responsibilities

• This position is for Texas Frisco. Since required skill was not available raised in Florida Orlando
• Lead the design and implementation of scalable CommerceTools architecture solutions
• Oversee the development and integration of Commerce architecture within the organization
• Provide technical guidance and support to development teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Ensure the architecture aligns with industry best practices and company standards
• Conduct regular reviews and assessments of the architecture to ensure optimal performance
• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with the architecture
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in architectural practices
• Develop and maintain architectural documentation and guidelines
• Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of architectural components
• Provide mentorship and training to junior architects and developers
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in CommerceTools and Commerce architecture
• Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the companys technology landscape

Qualifications

• Must have extensive experience in CommerceTools Architecture
• Must have strong expertise in Commerce architecture
• Nice to have experience in Fleet Management systems (Cruise)
• Must possess excellent problem-solving skills
• Must have strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model
• Must have a proven track record of delivering high-quality architectural solutions
• Must be able to mentor and guide junior team members
• Must be committed to continuous learning and improvement
• Must be able to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Must have a deep understanding of industry best practices
• Must be able to work in day shifts
• Must be able to work without travel requirements.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $156,000/Year to $183,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
