You will support Maricopa Animal Care & Control's divisions, which provide a variety of services to the community. You will also provide ongoing training and support to the Divisions and handle complex escalated issues. The daily tasks you complete with the Department teams and customers will directly affect the community and animals we serve. We Require
Three years' experience in an administrative or support role related to coordinating and managing vendor services High School Diploma Other combinations of education and experience may be considered in substitution for the minimum qualifications

Job Contributions
Support the Animal Care & Control leadership with various data management systems by managing user accounts, including creating and updating user access and permissions. Serve as a shelter system help desk and troubleshoot user-related issues Track and evaluate the performance of external vendors by conducting performance assessments and compiling data for leadership review. Prepare regular reports on vendor performance, highlighting any areas of concern or opportunities for improvement Initiate vendor support contact for assistance and ensure that issues are resolved in a timely manner. Act as the point of contact for vendors to address system-related issues or performance concerns Receive, review, and process public records requests in accordance with applicable laws (federal, state, and local). Ensure that requests are fulfilled in a timely, accurate, and compliant manner, and escalate complex cases for higher review or legal consultation Collaborate with the Animal Care & Control divisions to identify and implement process improvements related to vendor services. Assist in the development of more efficient workflows to enhance service delivery and operational effectiveness Prepare and distribute monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual performance reports. Ensure that reports are accurate and delivered on time to relevant leadership and stakeholders
Working Conditions
This position works in a busy, often noisy, office setting within an animal shelter with proximity to animals of all types Exposure to animals, cleaning products used in animal shelters, and the smells associated with animal housing is common Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs. occasionally, 10 lbs. frequently, or negligible amounts constantly, OR requires walking or standing to a significant degree
