*Description*
The Application Specialist is the primary technical resource in IT Services for the administration and day-to-day support of their assigned applications. They configure, enhance, integrate, troubleshoot, and report from the applications. They are a liaison between IT Services and other company departments. Verita Telecommunications is in the midst of implementing a new project management and production tracking system that will significantly enhance our construction managers and supervisors ability to plan, track and report on project progress and crew success. The application is SiteTracker, which is built on the Salesforce platform. The Application Specialist will be a key contributor in the design, configuration, and rollout of this critical new system. They will build and enhance the platform for ensuring our manager's success, work with key stakeholders to enhance the system, and drive adoption. This role will involve requirements gathering, process design and improvement, automation, and integration, and troubleshooting technical issues. *Skills* Apex, Saleforce, Development, Administration, Sitetracker *Top Skills Details* Apex,Saleforce,Development,Administration,Sitetracker *Additional Skills & Qualifications* * Provided technical support for Sitetracker users and Salesforce Users, addressing issues related to project tracking, reporting, and user configuration, achieving a 100% resolution rate on first contact. * Developed and maintained Sitetracker templates and workflows to streamline project management processes, reducing setup time. * Created and Managed user profiles, roles, and permissions to ensure data security and compliance. * Configured and customized Salesforce applications to meet business needs, including objects, fields, and page layouts. * Conducted data imports, exports, and cleaning using Data Loader, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. * Developed workflows, process builders, and flows to automate business processes, resulting in increased efficiency. * Created custom reports and dashboards that provided insights into sales performance and operational metrics. * Experience in Sales cloud, Service cloud, Marketing cloud, Partner portal, and Customer portal and with SF Communities and configuring and customizing app exchange applications. * Extensive experience in salesforce. * com Setup, Configuration, Customization, Administration, Data Migration, and Integration tools like Apex Data Loader. * Worked in Agile Methodology and used various Tools such as Jira, and Azure DevOps. * Develop Apex triggers, apex classes, batch apex and schedule apex to automate the business processes. * Provided training sessions and ongoing support for users to maximize Salesforce and Sitetracker adoption and usage. * Collaborated with the Sitetracker and Salesforce development team to identify and troubleshoot system bugs, contributing to improved software reliability and performance. * Managed system integrations between Sitetracker and other enterprise applications, ensuring seamless data flow and consistency across platforms. * Created and maintained documentation for system configurations, processes, and best practices. * Supported the implementation of *Experience Level* Entry Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $60.00/hr.
