*Description*
-Will be responsible for any incoming calls to the IT department (department is only 8 people so will be fielding calls from everywhere) - they are the first person to answer -Triaging tickets - troubleshooting, handling, transferring, writing and confirming tickets - Active Directory experience - configuring new user set up, password resets, etc. (does NOT need group policy) -Monitor IT department emails - there is a general IT email and they are responsible for maintaining it -Required to sit through office meetings and there are company "groups" they can be apart of for culture (the groups are not required) -Culture - they are in a very rural area; they work hard but the team is very close and they appreciate and reward collaboration and new ideas.
