COLLEGE COACH Summer Internship: HR Business Partner Intern

The opportunity

The College COACH summer internship is a paid program running from Monday, June 9-Friday, August 8, 2025. In addition to on-the-job training and work experience, the program includes workshops and additional development programs. College students will work 35 hours/week.

The intern will work within the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) team, which serves as a strategic advisor to business leaders across Boston Children's Hospital. The HRBP team partners with Centers of Expertise (COEs) (such as Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, and Employee Engagement) to support workforce planning, employee experience, leadership development, and HR strategy execution. The intern will gain exposure to HR strategy, workforce analytics, and process improvement in a highly collaborative, fast-paced healthcare environment
