Summary Chobani is looking for a Director - Business Transformation to join our Business Transformation team. This role is designed for a strategic, analytical, and operationally minded leader who thrives in tackling high-impact, high-complexity, and high-risk problems across the organization. The scope of this role is dynamic-our priorities shift as the business evolves. You'll lead strategic initiatives from inception to execution, working closely with cross-functional teams and executive leadership to solve the most critical and ambiguous challenges facing Chobani. Responsibilities Lead enterprise-level strategic initiatives focused on operational performance, growth, cost optimization, and transformation Diagnose complex business problems through rigorous financial and operational analysis, hypothesis-driven thinking, and stakeholder collaboration Design and drive execution of solutions, including implementation planning, cross-functional coordination, and measurement of results Deliver data-driven insights through advanced modeling, forecasting, and dashboarding that influence executive-level decisions Serve as a trusted thought partner to executive stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing functions Adapt to an evolving scope, quickly pivoting focus based on changing priorities, business risks, and emerging opportunities Requirements 7+ years of experience in finance, operations, strategy or management consulting Strong financial modeling and business case development skills Experience leading high-stakes, cross-functional projects in fast-paced or ambiguous environments Demonstrated ability to break down complex problems and deliver clear, actionable insights Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and align senior stakeholders Deep data fluency-comfortable leveraging data to tell a story and shape decisions Operational experience within a CPG, manufacturing, supply chain, or similar industry is highly preferred MBA preferred but not required About Us Chobani is a food maker with a mission of making high-quality and nutritious food accessible to more people, while elevating our communities and making the world a healthier place. Compensation Range:$144,000.00-$216,000.00, plus bonus.
