Summary

Chobani is looking for a Director - Business Transformation to join our Business Transformation team. This role is designed for a strategic, analytical, and operationally minded leader who thrives in tackling high-impact, high-complexity, and high-risk problems across the organization.

The scope of this role is dynamic-our priorities shift as the business evolves. You'll lead strategic initiatives from inception to execution, working closely with cross-functional teams and executive leadership to solve the most critical and ambiguous challenges facing Chobani.

Responsibilities
  • Lead enterprise-level strategic initiatives focused on operational performance, growth, cost optimization, and transformation
  • Diagnose complex business problems through rigorous financial and operational analysis, hypothesis-driven thinking, and stakeholder collaboration
  • Design and drive execution of solutions, including implementation planning, cross-functional coordination, and measurement of results
  • Deliver data-driven insights through advanced modeling, forecasting, and dashboarding that influence executive-level decisions
  • Serve as a trusted thought partner to executive stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing functions
  • Adapt to an evolving scope, quickly pivoting focus based on changing priorities, business risks, and emerging opportunities
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in finance, operations, strategy or management consulting
  • Strong financial modeling and business case development skills
  • Experience leading high-stakes, cross-functional projects in fast-paced or ambiguous environments
  • Demonstrated ability to break down complex problems and deliver clear, actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and align senior stakeholders
  • Deep data fluency-comfortable leveraging data to tell a story and shape decisions
  • Operational experience within a CPG, manufacturing, supply chain, or similar industry is highly preferred
  • MBA preferred but not required

Compensation Range:$144,000.00-$216,000.00, plus bonus.
