Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assist with managing food service operations in accordance with the approved budget while ensuring maximum value for every dollar spent. Uphold the highest standards to provide outstanding quality food to clients, customers, and associates. Coordinate purchasing and inventory processes strictly, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Maintain excellent relationships with associates, guests, the client, and other departments within the operation. Implement strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive ambitious growth and outstanding guest happiness. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of management experience in a high-volume restaurant, country club, or club setting. Thrives in fast-paced, high-volume settings with a focus on efficiency and service excellence Self-motivated and flexible to work varying schedules, including weekends. Strong customer service background. Proven experience with food cost, inventory, and labor management. Preferred: ServSafe Certification and an Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
