Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with managing food service operations in accordance with the approved budget while ensuring maximum value for every dollar spent.
  • Uphold the highest standards to provide outstanding quality food to clients, customers, and associates.
  • Coordinate purchasing and inventory processes strictly, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with associates, guests, the client, and other departments within the operation.
  • Implement strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive ambitious growth and outstanding guest happiness.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of management experience in a high-volume restaurant, country club, or club setting.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-volume settings with a focus on efficiency and service excellence
  • Self-motivated and flexible to work varying schedules, including weekends.
  • Strong customer service background.
  • Proven experience with food cost, inventory, and labor management.
  • Preferred: ServSafe Certification and an Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet.
