Overview Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center is an independent, nonprofit organization providing adult cancer treatment and groundbreaking research focused on cancer and infectious diseases. Based in Seattle, Fred Hutch is the only National Cancer Institute-designated cancer center in Washington. With a track record of global leadership in bone marrow transplantation, HIV/AIDS prevention, immunotherapy and COVID-19 vaccines, Fred Hutch has earned a reputation as one of the world's leading cancer, infectious disease and biomedical research centers. The Fred Hutch Office of Education & Training (OET) houses educational and professional development programs for high school students, undergraduates, postbaccalaureate scholars, graduate students, postdoctoral and medical fellows, and faculty. Our programs span the biomedical disciplines and research interests pursued at Fred Hutch with a commitment to increasing access and creating pathways for those trainees historically excluded. The Database Manager supports OET by designing, managing, and optimizing scalable database systems that streamline educational and operational workflows. This role plays a key part in centralizing data systems across multiple programs, enhancing data integrity, and supporting organizational decision-making through automation and user-centered design. This position reports to the OET Assistant Director, and requires a detail-oriented, problem-solving, and customer service approach. Responsibilities Database Development & Management

The annual base salary range for this position is from $97,552 to $154,149, and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications. This position may be eligible for relocation assistance. This position may be eligible for sign on bonus.
