Manager, Audit (Multiple Positions), Albuquerque, NM

Apply U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), U.S.Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS), or Public Company AccountingOversight Board (PCAOB) Auditing Standards.Conduct external audits, including Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)registrants. Research technical accounting issues. Understand and address SECfinancial reporting issues. Reviewaudit work papers. Test the design and effectiveness of internal financialcontrols for assigned clients. Assist with account functions, includingbilling, fee analysis, and newservice development. Identify performance improvement opportunities forassigned clients. Demonstrate in-depth accounting knowledge. Pursue businessdevelopment opportunities.Establish and maintain client relationships and professional networks.

WORKSCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.)

JOBREQUIREMENTS:

Musthave a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Finance, BusinessAdministration, Management, or a related field, and 2 years of related workexperience; OR a Bachelor's degreeor foreign equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration,Management, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressiverelated work experience.

Ofthe required experience, must have 2 years of experience with the following:U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or International Standardsfor Financial Reporting (IFRS);U.S. Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS) or International Standards onAuditing (ISA); Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) AuditingStandards; SEC financial reportingissues, including SEC filings for public engagements; and Testing internalaccounting procedures and communicating findings to clients.

Musthave an active New Mexico CPA license.

Travelto various locations throughout the US required up to 5%.

Telecommutingmay be permitted within commutable distance from the job location, depending onbusiness need.
