We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager, Supply Chain who is passionate about making a difference in patients' lives.

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Manager, Supply Chain to lead the planning, procurement, and distribution of raw materials, equipment, services, and supplies across all business units. This role is critical in ensuring cost-effective purchasing while upholding the highest standards of quality and service. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership to the supply chain team-mentoring and guiding buyers, optimizing resource utilization, and driving continuous improvement in procurement processes. A key focus will be the effective use of SAP ERP to streamline operations and enhance purchasing efficiency. This is a high-impact role with significant influence on operational performance and bottom-line results.

What you will do:

• Analyze market and delivery conditions to determine current and future availability of materials and supplies;
• Direct purchasing of materials and supplies, to support and maintain operations schedules and other areas of the Company's activities;
• Identify alternate services and suppliers and recommends these sources for approval;
• Provide information pertaining to costs and sources of supply for materials, equipment and services;
• Evaluate suppliers' performance relating to quality, prices and delivery;
• Interface with customers, suppliers, carriers to ensure customer satisfaction;
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure production plan, delivery schedule and quality levels meet DP's demand plan;
• Negotiation of yearly pricing (or other contract period) for all products, equipment and services;
• Negotiation of Supply Agreements with suppliers (subject to legal final approval);
• Responsible for the department's materials spend budget;
• Participate in a variety of meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specified level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements, policies and regulatory guidelines;
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Management.

You will bring:

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience in Pharmaceutical Industry;
• Five+ years experience in supply chain function with responsibility of procurement spend;
• Knowledge of related cost accounting, budget planning & development;
• Previous experience in a healthcare environment or the radiopharmaceutical industry preferred;
• Exceptional organizational skills along with effective time management skills;
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assist in the management, analysis and interpretation of data;
• Proven detail orientation and multi-tasking skills;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Customer focused; team oriented;
