Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Account Manager to join our security business unit.

Primary Responsibilities:

Non-Technical



  • Build relationships with our clients in a positive, meaningful way.
  • Consult with clients on building internal IT and Security policies
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • Work with team effectively and efficiently.
  • Align with core values and adopt our systems and solutions.
  • Professionalism of doing "what right, is right". all the time, every time.
  • Continual self-improvement
  • Critical thinking and analysis of looking for ways to improve processes and procedures
  • Valid driver's license, willing to travel
  • Adherence to Change Management, Problem Management, Asset Management, and Service Management
  • Some after hours are required as emergencies come up
  • Assist other members of the Account Management team


Technical



  • High-level understanding of technology and a passion for learning more
  • Enforcing documentation of customer's systems
  • Enforcing documentation of time spent on service issues and projects
  • Constant pursuit of technical and functional improvement in all areas


    Basic Qualifications:


    • High school diploma
    • Must have a minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience
    • Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Professional, friendly, positive, optimistic demeanor
    • A strong understanding of relevant technologies, solutions, troubleshooting, & support
    • Strong Organization and Time Management Skills



      Salary: $50,000 to $82,000/year
