About you
You are well known for constantly delivering accurate, top quality work for your clients. You are able to successfully guide projects from concept to execution in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. You are an excellent communicator who can support multiple professionals across the organization in regards to their design needs. You love working independently and collaboratively to determine effective design solutions for your clients!

Your role at Colliers will be strategic, conceptual, and executional-leveraging design as a way of articulating possibilities, solutions and vision. We are looking for a highly creative individual to join our team as a Senior Graphic Designer!

In this role, you will...

  • Serve as a brand champion by implementing and maintaining a high standard of design, format and production.

  • Provide creative leadership and direction on design, layout and production of marketing deliverables by integrating written and visual messages. Manages the visual identity and entire design process from start to end.

  • Create, design, and produce a variety of print and online marketing materials including: brochures, maps, advertising, postcards, presentations, proposals emails and websites, ensuring corporate branding strategies are met.

  • Video development including editing and animation.

  • Large-format/ environment design and installation coordination.

  • Meets with teams to define project requirements and offers creative marketing solutions, producing marketing materials to the clients' satisfaction.

What you'll bring

  • 5-7 years of graphic design experience.

  • 2+ years of experience in online design, advertising and email marketing

  • Commercial real estate experience - adhering to these brand guidelines

  • Bachelor's Degree in a Design firm, agency, editorial, or inhouse design environment, etc.

  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). Advanced knowledge with MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

  • Knowledge of printing technologies, including writing print specs, quote requests, and setting up print-ready files.
