STV is seeking an OFCI/MOFE Engineer for the Construction Management Group in New Albany, OH.

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated OFCI/MOFE Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, procurement, installation, and commissioning of Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI) and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. This role requires a deep understanding of engineering principles, project management, and collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead and manage OFCI/MOFE projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

  • Design and Engineering: Collaborate with design teams to develop detailed engineering plans and specifications for OFCI/MOFE systems.

  • Procurement: Coordinate the procurement of OFCI equipment and materials, ensuring compliance with project requirements and specifications.

  • Installation and Commissioning: Oversee the installation and commissioning of OFCI/MOFE systems, ensuring proper integration and functionality.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and any issues are promptly addressed.

  • Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure all installations meet industry standards and project specifications.

  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including design plans, procurement records, installation reports, and commissioning data.

  • Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in OFCI/MOFE engineering or a similar role.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit), project management tools, and MEP systems.

  • Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.

  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

  • Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED) are a plus.

Compensation Range:

$89,487.93 - $119,317.24
