For 130 years, The Salvation Army of Dane County has offered spiritual ministry, social services, and youth programs to thousands of Dane County residents, without discrimination. The Cook will be responsible for preparing and serving food, along with cleaning the kitchen, dining areas, preparation areas, and serving and food storage areas. About the role:
Education: Education or experience cooking for large groups. Certifications: Must complete 4 hours of food safety program, annually and be Food Manager/Serv Safe certified. If not currently certified, must obtain certification within first six months of signing this position description. Valid Wisconsin driver's license with clearance by the Salvation Army's insurance carrier required. May operate motor vehicles in the execution of some essential functions if approved to drive.
