Role - PEGA Architect

Location: Raleigh (I) - NC

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 9 to 13 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Pega Platform Pega Integration Pega Sizing & Capacity Planning Pega Monitoring & Control Pega Release Management PEGA Performance Tuning and Pega Installation. Experience in Asset Management Operations and Asset & Wealth Management is a plus. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of Pega solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee the integration of Pega applications with other systems and platforms.
  • Provide expertise in Pega Sizing & Capacity Planning to ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor and control Pega applications to maintain system stability and performance.
  • Manage Pega Release Management processes to ensure smooth deployment of updates.
  • Conduct PEGA Performance Tuning to enhance application efficiency.
  • Oversee the installation and configuration of Pega software.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in Pega development.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to development teams.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for Pega solutions and processes.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits of Pega applications to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest Pega technologies and trends to continuously improve solutions.

Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in Pega Platform Pega Integration and Pega Sizing & Capacity Planning.
  • Have strong expertise in Pega Monitoring & Control and Pega Release Management.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in PEGA Performance Tuning and Pega Installation.
  • Experience in Asset Management Operations and Asset & Wealth Management is a plus.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Possess strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Certifications Required

Certified Pega Lead System Architect (CLSA) or equivalent.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $129,000/Year to $152,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
