TheAnalyst, IKC Clinical Programs will support the development and implementation of DaVita Integrated Kidney Care's strategy and operational excellence.

In an integrated care environment, we aim to provide the preventative care each patient needs to live a healthier life while also preventing avoidable hospital admissions. The Analyst, IKC Clinical Programs will be an innovator and experimenter as we work to refine existing model of care and will regularly collaborate with several teams across the Village including but not limited to clinicians, clinical leaders, legal partners, field operators, and training teams. This position blends innovative strategic thinking with operational execution.

Core activities include:

  • Analyzing large data sets to make data-driven recommendations in our CKD and ESKD patient Model of Care and business strategy

  • Support the Snr. Manager of Clinical Transformation by creating/preparing executive-level presentations and data summaries

  • Identifying issues in current workflows and supporting projects to resolve them

  • The Analyst, IKC Clinical Programs will work on a team of highly motivated individuals with consulting, project management, change management, and/or clinical experience.

Key responsibilities are spread across three categories:

Strategy

  • Evaluate effectiveness and scalability of field initiatives and prepare markets for the launch of new integrated care programs

  • Evaluate performance of current initiatives and complete analysis to understand best opportunities to improve clinical outcomes and reduce total cost of care

Innovation

  • Thoughtful evaluation of ideas generated by field teammates and business stakeholders

  • A continuous improvement mindset, adopting an iterative approach to testing

Pilots and Experimentation

  • Supports the development, piloting, deployment and outcomes of clinical programs and RN workflows by driving work lanes independently

  • Conveys findings in a cohesive story, including summarizing insights from analysis

Travel: ~25% of the time

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Strong project management skills

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

  • 1- 3 years of work experience in management consulting, process engineering, data analysis, or corporate strategy role preferred

  • Demonstrated experience and/or interest in healthcare delivery and patient experience

  • Strong analytical (data analysis) and presentation skills

  • Highly collaborative with the ability to impact change

Salary/ Wage Range

$56,500.00-$75,000.00 / year If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.
New York Exempt:
*New York City and Long Island: $64,350.00/year
*Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $64,350.00/year
*Remainder of New York state: $60,405.80/year
New York Non-exempt:
*New York City and Long Island: $16.50/hour
*Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $16.50/hour
*Remainder of New York state: $15.50/hour
Washington Exempt: $77,968.80/year
Washington Non-exempt:
*Bellingham: $17.66/hour
*Burien: $21.16/hour
*Unincorporated King County: $20.29/hour
*Renton: $20.90/hour
*Seattle: $20.76/hour
*Tukwila: $21.10/hour
*Remainder of Washington state: $16.66/hour
