What We're Looking For

We are seeking a Client Services (CS) Manager to build and strengthen relationships with government agencies and strategic partners while driving new business opportunities. The ideal candidate has strong government relations expertise, proven experience in disaster recovery contracts, and the ability to guide opportunities from identification to execution.

Essential Qualifications



  • Significant government relations experience, including disaster response and debris management.
  • Minimum 5 years in a Client Services or Business Development role.
  • Knowledge of government procurement (FEMA, USACE, and state agencies).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.



Desired Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, government management, or related field.
  • Proven success in securing and growing contracts.
  • Skilled in business development strategies, CRM systems, and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills.



What You Will Do



  • Pursue and secure federal, state, municipal, and commercial contracts in the assigned region.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with client organizations and partners.
  • Track opportunities and client engagement through CRM, ensuring accurate reporting.
  • Support proposals with subject matter expertise and collaboration across teams.
  • Provide technical support during disaster activations, ensuring compliance and timely solutions.



What to Expect

This role is based in the Southeastern U.S. Region and requires regular travel to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and support storm response operations. Extended deployment to impacted areas may be required during disaster events.

Work Environment & Physical Demands



  • Outdoor work and exposure to varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift to 25 lbs.
  • Regular standing, walking, and use of computers.
  • Moderate noise levels may vary by site.
