The IOP Coordinator is responsible for the daily operations, clinical oversight, and coordination of an Intensive Outpatient Program serving individuals with substance use disorders in a hospital-based setting. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care through direct clinical services, program development, and staff collaboration. The Coordinator facilitates group and individual therapy, oversees treatment planning and documentation, and serves as the primary liaison between the IOP team, hospital leadership, and community providers. Additionally, the Coordinator plays a key role in bridging care between the IOP and inpatient medical floors, supporting patients with substance use disorders who are hospitalized for medical conditions and coordinating transitions into appropriate levels of care, including the IOP. This position monitors program outcomes, ensures compliance with regulatory standards, and fosters a recovery-focused, trauma-informed environment. The ideal candidate is a licensed behavioral health professional with experience in addiction treatment, interdisciplinary collaboration, and navigating care transitions within a hospital setting.
