Marketing Automation Associate will play a key role in building, scaling, and optimizing marketing automation programs within Salesforce's Account Engagement platform (FKA Pardot). We're seeking a professional with hands-on experience within marketing automation platforms and a strong understanding of email marketing, forms, workflows, segmentation, and campaign execution.

• Campaign Execution:
  • Build and optimize automated marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and lead nurturing programs, in alignment with overall marketing strategies
  • Manage campaign recipients, audience(s), and segmentation lists
  • Collaborate with Integrated Marketing Teams on Marketing calendar, assets, and deliverables
  • Monitor and improve programs by reporting on KPIs and share results with key stakeholders on opportunities to improve and scale campaigns
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and controls such as CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, etc.
• Marketing Automation Platform Management:
  • Support data hygiene and enrichment initiatives in alignment with the broader data governance strategy
  • Support any troubleshooting, audits, or enhancement testing related to automation tool
  • Rebuild marketing automation testing environments in sync with the IT organization's refresh schedule
• Lead Management:
  • Track and monitor lead scoring model, segmentation strategy, and nurturing workflows to improve engagement, lead quality, and conversion
  • Support manual lead assignment process as needed
  • Track lead performance and share results with key stakeholders on opportunities to improve
• Other duties as assigned by manager to ensure the success of the Marketing Automation and Marketing Operations functions
  

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven experience working with marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
• Hands-on experience with email marketing, marketing automation, and Salesforce
• Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced, deadline-driven, cross-functional team environment
